SPRS is aware with the constant
change in reimbursement for ancillary services that administrators must
determine the most cost effective solution for their particular
facility. SPRS provides two different options, which will allow the
facility the flexibility they need to meet these challenges at the
lowest cost, while continuing to provide quality care. Full Contract Therapy and Management Services This option provides staff and on-call therapist, and a management team for all facility staffing, management and training needs. This option offers the facility the most benefits, with protection against productivity risks while providing enhanced services that would not be met by an in-house staff.Management Services This option provides the facility with a management team for their in-house staff. We also provide on-call staff for vacation, sick leave and treatments unable to be handled by your in-house staff. This option allows the facility to maintain their in-house staff while being assured that on-going management, training and staffing issues will not interfere with providing quality care to your residents. |
